We treated the view not as a backdrop, but as the main character. The visual story moves from warm daylight to intimate night scenes, connecting food, drinks and the people of Balkon in one continuous rhythm.

Unscripted gestures and familiar visitors keep the content human. Even Şükrü found his place in the visual world.

One frame is
never the whole thing.
On Instagram, swiping isn’t an obligation — it’s a device. These posts weren’t built to fit a single frame; they were built to complete themselves as you swipe, the same way the menu completes itself when two pages sit side by side.
All four frames are cut from one shot: the counter doesn’t break at the frame edges, it carries on as you swipe. A single move, from rolling the dough to sliding it into the oven.
The first frame poses the question, the second answers it: “Not a disco ball.” — “Just Balkon’s sunset, caught in your glass.” Here too, the view is what’s being sold.
