The box is not the end. It starts the play.
REFORM is a reusable, customizable sub-brand concept for Playmobil. Sized through a digital configurator, its package becomes a house, vehicle, pool, plant pot, arcade machine or any new object a child imagines after unboxing.
The box, the child and a foldable surface merge into one symbol. Its blue-and-orange form preserves Playmobil’s energy while making the reuse idea visible at a glance.

A sticker language, modular cuts and build cards turn the package into a second body for the toy. The physical prototype proves the concept beyond the screen.

Poster, video, billboard, digital out-of-home and magazine applications amplify one promise across touchpoints: less waste, more room to play.

Product film, transformation motion and campaign cuts make the reuse idea visible instead of merely explaining it. Every video plays directly from the original project source.
The web experience combines color, dimensions and transformation scenarios, placing customization at the center of the purchase journey.

REFORM builds identity, digital product and physical applications around one behavior. The Brand and Digital views in the Work archive therefore open directly into different chapters of the same case.
