Home cooking, because it is made by hand.

The display at Sarıyer Ev Yemekleri changes every day; the real story is everything before the tray. We shot in the kitchen during service, while dough was rolled out on marble and trays were set in the window. The photographs show the hands and the table, the film the whole day, and the stories the way to an order.

Craft
and table.

Six frames follow the dough from marble to tray; three show the display itself. No lighting was added; the light is the serving area’s own.

The dough is floured, rolled out and cut on marble; every piece of mantı is folded by hand.

Three trays from the lunch display: same distance, same light.

03 / STORY PRODUCTION

First the tray,
then the order.

Six dishes, six stories. Each starts at the tray and ends on the same order card: two branches, delivery numbers and three apps.

04 / BEHIND THE SCENES

Shot in the kitchen,
during service.

Instead of building a studio and carrying the food to it, the crew went into the kitchen. It was shot while trays were laid out and dough was rolled; light was added only where needed, the rest is the room’s own.
